Texas Flash Floods: At Least 24 Dead, Dozens Missing After Torrential Rains

Up to 10 inches of rain fell overnight in a region west of Austin, Texas, a region that has experienced a prolonged drought. This unprecedented rainfall triggered flash flooding along the Guadalupe River on Friday.
